Our Term Of Service are very simple and transparent:

  • You can reschedule or change the timing of your tutoring plan at any time. (Please be kind and give us 24 hours notice when you can!).
  • You can stop your tutoring plan at any time. (Please be kind and give us 24 hours notice when you can!)
  • You have to make sure that you use all your sessions during the calendar month as you cannot carry over sessions from one month to other.
  • We are committed to your happiness and if you are not entirely satisfied we will send you another tutor.
  • Our tutors are paid monthly in advance.
  • Weekly Plan => Monthly Payment = Weekly Price x 52 / 12
  • Biweekly Plan => Monthly Payment = Weekly Price x 26 /52

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Tutoring plan at any time during a Plan period and up to 48 hours your plan’s renewal date. 

You can change and reschedule a Tutoring session during any given Plan period at any time and up to 48 hours before the tuition.

Tuition cannot be transferred from on Plan period to the other, i.e. all tuition within  a Plan must be taken during  the Plan period.
